At The House of Carry, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We accept exchanges or returns only if you receive a damaged or defective product.

To process such a request, a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package being opened until the product is fully inspected. Requests submitted with only photographs will not be accepted.

Any exchange or return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be considered under any circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns if:

You do not like the product.
You no longer require the product.
The product differs from personal expectations despite matching the description and images.

We currently do not provide a reverse pickup facility. The product must be securely couriered back to us by the customer. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹50 upon successful verification of the claim.
